Second set of proposed wagering rules issued
The second set of rules that will govern sports betting activities in North Carolina are available for public comment. The public and interested parties have until Nov. 27 to submit comments. Becky Powers, a 20-year veteran in Licensing, has joined the North Carolina State Lottery Commission as Director of Licensing. Powers worked previously as Licensing Director and the Deputy Executive Director/Licensing Director for the Buena Vista Gaming Commission in Ione, California.
