Report on sports wagering revenue in November posted

The North Carolina State Lottery Commission is releasing its sports betting revenue report for November. It compiles the revenue in the month as submitted by the eight licensed interactive sports betting operators. Between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30, account holders in North Carolina bet $657,688,077 on sports events, including paid and promotional bets. From those bets, they won $576,814,804. Sports Betting Committee approves more time for public comment, issues notice of proposed rule changes

During a public meeting on Nov. 12, 2024, the Sports Betting Committee of the North Carolina State Lottery Commission approved an additional public comment period on revisions to the proposed rules initially noticed on Sept. 18, 2024. The Committee also issued a Notice of Changes to Proposed Rule Text for these rules. The Commission will accept public comments regarding these proposed rule changes through 11:59 p.m. ET, Nov. 27, 2024. To submit comments, use the Commission public comment webform located at this link. The webform offers a place to easily comment on a specific rule and provide any suggested changes. If you prefer to submit comments in another format, please email comments to SportsWagering@ncgaming.gov, along with your name and contact information, business or organization (if applicable), and the rule numbers to which your comments relate.
